Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a credit.

At SWIRGURL Apparel, CUSTOMER SATISFACTION is very important to us. If for some reason the gear you selected was not perfect for you, return your item, in new, unused, unworn, or unwashed condition in within 30 days of your purchase date. We also ask to include some type of order identification; whether it be receipt, order ID, phone number, email address, or address. Once we receive & process your return, we’ll issue a purchase credit to apply toward your next purchase.

To be eligible for a credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please contact us at swirgurlsmom@gmail.com about procedures for any product you deem to be defective.

All defective merchandise is subject to inspection to determine if the issue is a result of a manufacturer's defect, normal wear and tear, or misuse.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products, such as special orders or personalized items, cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
